This Privacy Policy describes how Kiniqe Consulting Limited ("Kiniqe", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our software applications, including PaperModel.ai. By using our applications you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account we collect your email address and, if you use Sign in with Apple, the information provided by Apple (which may be anonymised at your discretion).

User-Uploaded Images

For PaperModel.ai, we store images you upload (such as portrait photos used to create Style Portraits) and images generated on your behalf by our AI systems.

Generation Parameters

We store the parameters used in each of your AI generation requests — including prompts, style preferences, outfit selections, and model inputs — to enable the service to function and to improve our algorithms.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the application and its features
  • To generate AI images and outfit visualizations using Google's Gemini AI
  • To power customer support responses via a private large language model
  • To analyze stored generation parameters to improve our AI models and recommendation algorithms
  • To manage user quotas, credits, and billing
  • To send service-related communications

4. AI Services

PaperModel.ai uses Google's Gemini AI (via Google Cloud's Firebase AI Logic) to generate outfit visualizations and styling advice. Images you provide and the outputs generated may be processed by Google's infrastructure in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

We use a private large language model to assist with customer support messages. Support conversations may be stored to improve response quality.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:

  • Administrators and developers may access stored user data and generation logs for operational, debugging, and model improvement purposes.
  • Support staff may access your uploaded or generated images, with your explicit permission, to diagnose issues you report.
  • Service providers (Google Firebase, RevenueCat, Supabase) receive data as necessary to operate our services, under their own privacy terms.
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose information where required by law.

6. Authentication

We support authentication via Sign in with Apple and email/password sign-in, both managed through Firebase Authentication. We do not store raw passwords.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@kiniqe.com.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@kiniqe.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of our applications after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Significant changes will be communicated via the application.
