Kiniqe TextualExpose is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any of your data, including but not limited to:

Kiniqe TextualExpose does not transmit any data from your device to external servers. All functionality is performed locally on your Mac.

5. Third-Party Services

We do not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data. There are no analytics platforms, advertising networks, or tracking technologies embedded in the application.

6. Children's Privacy

Since we do not collect any data from anyone, we do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.

7. Technical Explainer

As described in preceding sections, Kiniqe TextualExpose does not collect any data from users. Kiniqe Consulting Limited as a company, its officers, employees, and agents do not have access to any data used by the application. The application requests permission for Screen Recording, which is used to read the Window Titles of open applications. It does not record any screen content, audio, or video. The application requests permission for Accessibility, to query the state of windows (e.g., checking if they are minimized or on another desktop) and to perform actions, specifically bringing a selected window to the front. The use of the data is transient and is not stored outside your computer's RAM or transmitted in any way. The application is a desktop application that runs locally on your Mac. Unless you share access to your computer through other means, such as remote desktop, screen sharing, or crash reports, information used by the application is not accessible to others.
